REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT- In charge of: Lead acquisition of new projects, manage due diligence process, lead contract negotiations, Plan and manage entitlements, consultant management, asset management- Responsible for: Conceptualize and communicate Project vision, plan and manage financial and schedule milestones, Analyzing acquisition and disposition of projects, and deal flow.- Tasks conducted on a daily basis: Managing due diligence, market analysis, running and reviewing financial modeling, consultant management, communicating with partners, financiers and governing bodies.
