Refine and optimize product design for the creation of a product family range that covers the full range of application requirements. Lead a project to design, build and commission a unique helix-forming machine for a custom project. Worked in a team re-designing a custom automation system to assemble a high volume Air Flow Damper assembly. Supported the production department with troubleshooting, calibration and adjustment of roll formers and other in-house machinery.

Design and integrate a patient table docking station the next generation Visius Surgical Theatres. Investigate linear positioning system for the magnet mover system, including durability and positional accuracy tests.

Designed and developed components and system for use in alternative fuel filling stations. Obtained and maintained product certification for hazardous locations (explosive atmospheres) with CSA and CE (TUV). Process piping design typically up to 5,000 psig as per ASME B31.3, with Canadian Registration Numbers (CRN) by ABSA and others.Held the positions of: Mechanical Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and R&D Manager.
