Trinity Health Michigan Medical Group is comprised of Trinity Health IHA Medical Group and Trinity Health Medical Group West Michigan and includes 250+ practice locations and over 1,500 providers delivering care to 2 million+ patients each year with annual revenues of $700 million.

• Manage day to day operations with Chief Medical Officer• Responsible for $400 million in revenue across 150+ practices, 37 specialties and 750+ providers delivering care to over 1 million patients each year

• Partnered with physician and operational leaders to grow network of services and providers through targeted recruitment, acquisitions, joint ventures and new program development.• Directed $100 million in ambulatory growth investments to expand footprint across southeast Michigan.• Formed Business Intelligence group to grow enterprise data warehouse and analytic capabilities to deliver high quality, timely information to the organization.• Formed Project Management team to streamline delivery of growth initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategy to shift organization from fee for service to value based reimbursement models.• Analyze portfolio of value-based risk contracts covering 110,000 lives and $350 million in total cost to identify at risk populations and set priorities to improve performance.• Manage $6 million grant program to embed 20 nurse care managers in IHA primary care practices.• Manage accountable care / value-based contracts including Pioneer ACO / Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), Michigan Primary Care Transformation Demo (MiPCT), Blue Cross Organized Systems of Care (OSC) and Value Based Contracts (VBK).

• Led Lean Six Sigma internal consulting engagements across Trinity hospitals in revenue cycle, supply chain, operating room, emergency department and nursing floors.• Mentored executives and developed “Lean for Leaders” experiential learning program as adjunct faculty for Strategic Leadership Program.

• Led team of consultants and developers in delivering $2 million in IT, operations and management consulting services for Ford, Chrysler, Pfizer and the UK government.• Managed global engagements across offices in US, UK, China and Japan.
