I’m a pretty lucky guy. I get to wake up every day and work on causes that I care about, causes that impact millions of Americans. Whether it’s fighting for the rights of Americans with disabilities, working to prevent gun violence, elevating the discussion around mental health, standing with military and veteran caregivers, working to make elections fair, or supporting LGBTQ advocates, it's all work that challenges us to do better and keeps us focused on social justice and equality. We have a small but dedicated team at Mida Associates, a boutique consulting firm based in Washington, DC that I founded in 2011. My philosophy around working with clients is simple: Strategies aren't worth the paper they are written on if they aren't implemented quickly. Prior to consulting, I had the honor of working for almost seven years at the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund, where I served as Vice President of Development.
