    I relocated to Cincinnati area to assist with the growth of the region, and was able to shed the Motorcraft aspect of the industry. Now I am able to focus on the Ford Accessory business and vehicle restyling. I have been awarded the Cincinnati region, Louisville region, Lexington region, and Charleston, WV region. With this new territory, I have been able to use my past experience and knowledge to restructure and focus on growth through process implementation and sales training. High level meetings with Dealer Principals/General Managers to understand what the Ford Accessory program offers, and why their dealerships should be awarded this profit center for the entire dealership and not just the sales department. With the use of CPS Companies digital accessory presentation tool, SOCKS, and being able to simplify the accessory process for dealerships, we have had a very positive effect on this entire region. Being able to focus on training all dealership staff has been extremely rewarding in itself. Obtaining a better understanding how the dealership functions, and how to create processes to correct the "pains" of their business to allow them to focus on the profit for their own departments. I am excited to grow, not only this territory but to grow as an individual in assisting businesses to allow focus on a prosperous future.

    My main role at CPS Companies is District Manager of Ford Accessories and Motorcraft Parts. In the Chicago Region I manage all Chicagoland Ford dealers with OEM accessories and vehicle restyling. I work hand and hand with Ford Motor Company to assist the Ford dealers to sell Ford Accessories and create, in most cases, a new found profit center for the dealership. I do this by implementing CPS Companies Accessory software (SOCKS), into the dealership and work with DP/GM and department heads to establish a set process for the dealer to follow to take the pain out of accessories. We manage the processes for all three departments in a dealership to create this new-found profit center, and even help the office staff account for this profit. I take pride in working with Parts Departments to help manage, account, and maintain the proper inventory of not only OEM Accessories, but also all Motorcraft parts.I also work with ALL dealers for vehicle restyling, truck builds, moonroofs, leather interiors, tints, alarms, GPS tracking systems, and anything and everything else you could think of, besides spray in-liners, racks and bins, and chemical packages. Need a Police upfitted vehicle or some warning lights, we do that too!I am extremely happy with the opportunities that have been given to me, and all the people I have met over the years. Based on the relationships I have been able to make, I am excited to see what the future brings.
