Client Services Coordinator
CurrentResponsible for maintaining assigned client accounts for a pharmacy benefit management program. Assist client benefit managers and decision makers with account changes, benefit setup, compliance reporting, and member questions. Coordinate with various consultants and vendors externally to determine account changes for system implementation.-Assist with implementing large key accounts with ongoing support.-Assigned to primary day-to-day client duties on large existing accounts.-Manage business needs and system compliance for client accounts with over 500,000 total member lives.-Create custom reports and set routine schedules to produce and deliver those to stakeholders.-Provided report system and portal site demonstration for benefits managers.
