I became interested in real estate about 5 years ago with the adventure of buying my house. The experience made me realize how important a good real estate broker was to the entire process, and I felt I could add a lot of value to this industry. A few years later I decided to forego my successful business career, and bring my talents into this new, exciting endeavor.I am a life-long Montrealer, having lived in Montreal-West, NDG, Westmount and le Plateau Mont-Royal. I currently live in Montreal-West. I was educated at Edinburgh Elementary, Loyola High School, Dawson College, Concordia University and finally le College Immobilier. I speak and write English, French and Spanish fluently.My past employment experience has given me a distinct understanding of the neighborhoods of the West of Montreal, in particular Montreal-West, Ville-Saint-Pierre, NDG, Cote-St-Luc, Hampstead, Westmount, Downtown and the Plateau. I know almost every street like the back of my hand and I can identify particular neighborhood's quarks, pluses and minuses, architecture, and many other aspects without looking at any data. This ability allows me to help my clients understand not only what house they are looking for, but what neighborhood would suit their needs best. I have spent the last 20 years being an entrepreneur and started two companies, of which one is still running successfully in the area of education. I have developed and mastered all of the needed business skills in order to properly run a thriving enterprise, and have transferred those abilities into the world of real estate.I am currently a residential real estate broker for Royal LePage Village in the heart of the Monkland Village in NDG.
