I am an experienced business Professor who executes passionate instruction coupled with diversified business acumen. I specialize in teaching human skills utilized in business, including leadership, grit, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. I also teach business concepts involving management, business ethics, entrepreneurship, business strategy, accounting, and finance. I lean on my expertise and professional experiences to prepare students and business professionals for the challenges of the business world. Working in higher education for nine years has shown me the need to prepare students to become future leaders. I decided to pursue a doctoral degree in Leadership, understanding that effectively equipping future leaders in higher education is imperative for the future of our society. I am passionate and optimistic about the next generation of leaders.
