Main Project: Investigating the physiological effects of metabolic control in non-hibernating mice and its response to gamma radiation. Mentor: Dr. Yuri Griko - Lead the analysis of the project and developed the analytics framework using python and the analytics packages (pandas, numpy, spicy, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.) in a jupyter notebook environment that allowed the team to conduct analysis as needed. - Performed the analysis of understanding an induced hypometabolic state on a non-hibernatning mice. - Used various analytical tools such as statistics, modeling, visualizations, and machine learning to further understand the data and extract meaningful information.Poster Presentation at NASA Ames Research Center Summer 2017 and 40th Annual International Conference of IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society 2018

(2012 - 2013) Mentor: Dr. Yuri GrikoTested the Pharma･ID handheld Raman spectroscopy device and its software to verify reliability for field use.
