Led digital media sales for 25 local Account Executives / Sales Managers and 7 Digital AdOps / Digital Designers in Boston.Managed, measured, and executed the team’s progress toward sales targets. Owned all aspects of local digital revenue operations and reporting of business activities, including forecasting, goal tracking, and measurement of KPIs. Actively collaborated with stakeholders across business units, including Sales Management, Finance, Business Intelligence, Programming / Content, Marketing, and Customer Success.Primary digital product offerings included programmatic audience-targeted video, audio, and display ads (OTT/CTV, pre/mid-roll video, and standard banners), geofencing, conversion tracking, targeted email marketing, PPC, SEO, podcast advertising, digital out-of-home, and social media influencer / lead-generation programs.Holistic client-forward philosophy to help others understand how mobile, display, video, audio, search, social, and traditional media all work together, creating custom multi-platform solutions for local and regional businesses.
