Doubled load capacity and increased performance by 20% through tuning architectures, software, database, OS, and network through performance lab. Led program management of HP’s engagement with Procter & Gamble to globally migrate to SharePoint and Exchange (200k+ users) across a cross-functional team of ~50 HP and ~50 P&G members.
