For consumers - The idea was to suggest an "act as your own agent" website and buying funnel that gives quotes with no email in less than 45 seconds across any device and with no influence or contact from a sales agent pressuring you to buy. For agent, Advisors, and Bankers, it was built as an "Easy Button" and an all-in-one tool for getting your clients life insurance fast and with a few clicks rather than weeks of paperwork.Beyond the design and development stages of the consumer-facing website and sales philosophy, we continue to innovate and improve ways to process extremely high volumes of online life insurance applications almost 100% without phone calls while keeping clients informed every step of the way at a 5 Star service level which we accomplished in less than 18 months from site launch. The sales team did this with creative, out of the box ways of communicating with clients, the insurance companies, and exam vendors at less than half the cost of processing a traditional life insurance application and we continue to find innovations and efficiencies in both delivering information to buy, and communicating and relaying info between client and carrier for a perfect user experience now when buying or selling life insurance.

OVERVIEWDesigned, developed and tested a direct sales center for United Healthcare's small group health insurance division (2-50 Employees). The scope of the project was to find the most effective way to sell small group health insurance over the phone and internet to small business owners, without needing a face to face meeting. WHATWe developed and documented a system for prospecting, contacting, selling and tracking, small group health insurance sales direct to small business owners. Our findings were lined up with our beliefs that everyone is migrating to an online and direct to consumer model that is clearly being embraced by the consumers in both retail and insurance related products, even for busy business owners.
