Trusted expert to public and private sector professional in playground design and best practices. Broadened and established relations to expand services further into the Pacific (i.e. Samoa, Guam). Instituted financial protocols to ensure compliance with governmental purchasing contracts. Directed multiorganizational project management from initial design/engineering to completion.

Managed the day-to-day activities of 150 FTE, 150+ PTE, with six division manager direct reports. Developed and oversaw a $23M annual operating budget, with an additional $24M in capital projects. Served as liaison to the City Manager’s Office, the Parks Arts and Recreation Commision, and the Yuma City Council.

Responsible for managing the day to day activities of Hawaii's #1 Private Tour Company comprising of 20 FTE, a multi-million dollar budget, and servicing 20,000+ guests a year.

Provided analytical and administrative assistance to the City Manager of Utah's second largest city with a population of 135,000 residents. Served as a strategic project manager for the Police, Fire, Human Resources, Parks & Recreation, and Finance Departments.

Completed four, three month long, special projects for the City of Surprise, AZ, Wasatch County, UT, City of Woodland Hills, UT, and Salt Lake City, UT.

Housed in the Parks & Recreation Department, I developed from scratch a resident-driven volunteer program amassing 1,000+ volunteers annually.
