Chorus, LLC was founded in 2014 as a consulting company focused on design (websites, newsletters, branding), web-development (full stack, server management, optimization), online marketing (Google, social media), and SEO analysis and strategy. We've worked with multiple clients in various fields, including local governments, media organizations, iOS app developers, non-profits, podcasts, music artists, record labels, press agencies, and personalities within the music and entertainment industries. Chorus.fm was launched in 2016. I designed and programmed the website and community (WordPress, Xenforo). As of 2023, the website now averages over five million pageviews a month while the community has amassed over five million comments from tens of thousands of dedicated members. It began in my parent's basement, and I learned an assortment of web-technologies to design, program, and optimize the large-scale web-publication and community (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL).I grew the platform to average over eight million monthly pageviews, over 500,000 registered community members, and maintain an over five-minute average time on site per visitor. To date, the website has served over a billion pageviews. I led and managed a team of over 30 staff members and contributors from across the world to produce written, audio, and video content for the website.
