Driving simplification in schedule visibility and accuracy by establishing and holding standards of communication internally and externally throughout our composites supply chain; supporting GEnx 1B, 2B, and GE90 Fan Case assemblies.

Material Planning and Master Scheduling the New Product Development shop through NPI and as we transfer products into the Production environment and between shops. Supporting the Customer and the Quality function in manufacturing and delivering quality product from the beginning. Developing confidence in the NPD shop schedule as requirements change based upon airline and engine schedule adjustments through flight certifications and design changes. Carefully managing raw material and consuming the balance of lot size and anticipation inventory to increase turns wherever possible. Driving simplification through ERP and MRP to cut down on ordering and non-value add lead times. Overall, fostering the transition from NPD to NPI, and finally into production. Using the GE "Fastworks" approach to bring our customer closer as we create and introduce the next generation of technology.

Engaged in weekly rhythm to ensure rate readiness by communicating updated right sizing and schedule changes. Assisted in capacity reviews to establish rate readiness for OV suppliers. Consolidated customer data through forecasting and drove early communication to Sourcing. Pushed for deflationary pricing by empowering sources to run at optimal level loaded capacity for cost savings flow through.

First of four rotations in the GE Aviation Supply Chain Management Program. Developed a business Life Cycle Model for NPI programs spanning 40+ years . Worked among many technical and strategic teams including NPI, Engineering, Risk and Sourcing to ensure an accurate and complete tool for a proactive and strategic position. Model will be used to evaluate strategic sourcing moves as GE9X begins source selection.

Headed GE's internal termination of the Joint Strike Fighter program per government request. Amended purchase agreements and created requests for quotes for short and long term contracts. Worked in conjunction with the sourcing team to catch up on past due invoices.
