Capstone client: Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, IMCP winner. 2016, at City College of New York.The final semester of AD/PR workshop at the City College's Department of Media and Communications Arts is a 6-month semester-long capstone, featuring a client, to develop an Integrated Marketing Communications campaign with the goal to provide diplomacy and philanthropy throughout campuses of CUNY amongst the courses learnt in the AD/PR program over the culmination of 2-years. Three teams, acting as mini "agencies," competed against each other, created three different IMCCs, and pitched their campaigns to the client at the end of the term.2016 was the year of DACA, fueled by the presidential nominations of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. This year, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center reached out to the City College of New York's AD/PR program to compile an IMC campaign to raise awareness about health-care to the community and specifically to target DACA students, who believed they were not eligible due to their immigration-status, but in fact, were. Assigned role: Market Researcher and Project Manager.
