Jason Oberman is the CEO of Blox Ventures, a commercial real estate company engaged in the investment, development, and operation of properties in technology-oriented markets. Mr. Oberman has been involved in the full spectrum of real estate opportunities, from core to opportunistic investments, and in property types including office, R&D, multifamily, and retail. Prior to Blox Ventures, Mr. Oberman served at a prominent real estate investment management firm with more than $8.5 billion in assets under management. There, he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over five million square feet of real estate valued at over $2 billion. Mr. Oberman received his BA in Political Science and MGA in Governmental Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. He taught a class on commercial real estate at UC Berkeley’s HAAS Graduate School of Business and was awarded the 2015 “40 under 40” recognition by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and top “50 under 40” by the Real Estate Forum.
