For the past 19 years I have worked in Information Technology at the Regional Justice Information Service (REJIS) Commission, 12 years of which have been dedicated to the Infrastructure Support team at St. Louis County Government, Missouri which has an environment of over 4000 users, 4000 workstations and over 350 servers.As the Infrastructure Team Lead, my focus has been on coordinating the activities of my team and being involved in all facets of infrastructure and application support for St. Louis County Government. Project management, change management, incident management as well as a lead technical role including Azure and Office 365 implementation and coordination, VMware administration, Enterprise Storage administration (NetApp, Nimble, and Dell MD), Enterprise Backup architecture and administration, Data Center Support and DRP site implementation and administration.
