For each project, my duties included identifying the opportunity, stakeholders, scope of work, requirements & deliverables, resources, activities, schedule, and costs and then managing the project through the initiating, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing phases. I was also tasked to develop our estimating template using historical data from which we can extract critical data including projected hours, costs by phase & category, resource allocation, and projected project duration.

Commercially, I sold CCTV, access control, structured cabling, burglary, and fire alarm solutions. I was responsible for running my own business unit by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and conducting pre-sales research then generating quotes, closing deals, and providing project management and post-sales support.
