Synchronizes Intelligence Operations, coordinating and reviewing draft Deployment Orders (DEPORDs), Re-deployment Orders (REDEPORDs), and Force Tracking Numbers (FTNs) in the Intelligence Directorate. Assists in coordinating Command Operational Plans (OPLANs) and Concept Plans (CONPLANs) on tight timelines. Maintains strong professional internal, external collaborative relationships using effective communication. Leads and participates in bi-weekly Global Force Management Allocation Program (GFMAP) within CCJ2-O and the FM community to drive review, validation, and recommendations for force allocation in support of CENTCOM current and future operations. Contributes to drafting, review, and coordination of National level force management requirements as needed.

Acted as the Senior Enlisted Advisor of the 24/7 130+ personnel (military, civilian, and contractor) Current Intelligence Watch (CIW) Division that provides up to date current Indications and warnings, threat assessments and situational awareness to USCENTCOM Commander and national level policy makers. Also provided monthly, quarterly and annual recruiting station statistical data to Commander, to assist in mission and personnel decisions. Also ensured administrative directives such as frost calls, policy letters and operational reports are accurate and promptly updated, and kept on file. Also maintained and updated daily, weekly, and yearly progress, production and quality reports for the Commanding Officer and thirteen Recruiting Sub-Stations (RSS). Also tracked and maintained records and schedules for training for RS Orlando's Motorcycle Safety Program
