Coordinates with combatant command components within deployed theater Area of Responsibility (AOR) Participates in special projects as required. Also plans, executes, and evaluates intelligence force management support for all intelligence positions deployed in combat zones throughout the USCENTCOM AOR. Manages the ever changing Force Manning Level (FML) of intelligence forces in USCENTCOM AOR. Assists units in drafting Request for Forces (RFF). Synchronizes Intelligence Operations, coordinating and reviewing draft Deployment Orders (DEPORDs), Re-deployment Orders (REDEPORDs), and Force Tracking Numbers (FTNs) in the Intelligence Directorate. Assists in coordinating Command Operational Plans (OPLANs) and Concept Plans (CONPLANs) on tight timelines. Maintains strong professional internal, external collaborative relationships using effective communication. Leads and participates in bi-weekly Global Force Management Allocation Program (GFMAP) within CCJ2-O and the FM community to drive review, validation, and recommendations for force allocation in support of CENTCOM current and future operations. Contributes to drafting, review, and coordination of National level force management requirements as needed.

Acted as the Senior Enlisted Advisor of the 24/7 130+ personnel (military, civilian, and contractor) Current Intelligence Watch (CIW) Division that provides up to date current Indications and warnings, threat assessments and situational awareness to USCENTCOM Commander and national level policy makers. Used his expansive knowledgeable of staff action processes and organizational structure of the COCOM and Intelligence Enterprise, and was also quick to respond to changes to processes and organizational structure to advise senior leadership of the division. When the 2-star Intelligence Director decided to expanding the CIW to a Division of 130 personnel, he was sought out, and recognized, by CENTCOM J2 and senior leadership, for his insightful, well-reasoned, and timely decisions that were relevant and always accounted for the impact to the organization. The new Division consisted of volunteers and non-volunteers that came from other divisions and required diplomacy and firmness to overcome objections and resource guarding of other divisions. Handle day to day leadership issues, such as covering personnel absences and vacations, writing SOPs for the new division, acquiring assets, determining where to focus assets to meet intelligence requirements, and develop and mentoring the military, government, and contractors under his charge. Also responsible for mentoring, developing, and taking care of personnel under his charge. Very adept at creating and present verbal briefings, writing formal documents, memoranda and emails, preparing professional quality information papers, and script relevant themes pertaining to the Central Region.

I performed duties as the Deputy Commandant at the Regional Joint Training Facility. My duties include analyzing areas of conflict and security concerns in Africa, and Europe and keep the Director informed on the dangers posed to ongoing training missions in Africa. Through analytical research on current conflicts and peacekeeping missions throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, I help develop and rewrite curriculum that incorporates real-time world events into the courses and seminars we use to train our NATO and African partners. My duties also included spending six weeks in Hungary preparing and mentoring their intelligence soldiers for their upcoming mission to Afghanistan. Duties also include assisting AFRICOM, EUCOM, and NATO analysts, in their workspaces, apply advanced analytical methods and procedures to real world analytical problems they are facing.

I performed duties as the Intelligence Security Cooperation Analyst and Trainer. My duties included analyzing areas of conflict and security concerns on the African continent and keeping the Commander informed on the dangers posed to ongoing training missions in Africa. My duties also included organizing Training Contact Teams (TCT) for African Partner Nations (PNs). I helped design the TCT training support plan to incorporate real-time world events into the training and mentoring plan. Duties also included insuring we had the necessary manning to support the training and security mission. Duties also include developing and reviewing intelligence training courses and training scenarios to ensure they had the latest relevant real world data and threats. Also act as the lead mentor and instructor for Intelligence TCTs. Duties also include acting as the Intelligence Analysis Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the 10 week Military Intelligence Non-Commissioned Officer Course Africa (MINOCA). I provide real world experience in analyzing threats and provide insight on developing intelligence doctrine to the MINOCA analysts for use in their home countries. Upon completion of the MINOCAs and TCTs I maintained contact with our African Partners analysts to use their unique perspective on African affairs in our analysis products.

I performed the duties of the Assistant Operations Staff Non-Commissioned Officer for the Recruiting Station (RS). Duties included utilize my intelligence analysis background to investigate and determine the suitability, character, and the integrity of Marine Corps applicants who required waivers for previous criminal or moral transgressions. Duties included performing record searches at law enforcement agencies, courthouses, and educational institutions and interviewing the potential applicant, neighbors, employers, and educators. After compiling all the relevant data and documents I was required to make a written assessment of whether the potential applicant was eligible for a waiver and his/her suitability for service in the Marine Corps. Then I was responsible for providing the written assessment and briefing it to the chain of command and providing clarification and additional documentation as needed. Duties also included assisting the Operations Officer in preparing, tracking, quality control, and filing of waivers, submitting re-enlistments, keeping track of recruiter statistics and other administrative correspondence. Also provided monthly, quarterly and annual recruiting station statistical data to Commander, to assist in mission and personnel decisions. Also ensured administrative directives such as frost calls, policy letters and operational reports are accurate and promptly updated, and kept on file. Also maintained and updated daily, weekly, and yearly progress, production and quality reports for the Commanding Officer and thirteen Recruiting Sub-Stations (RSS). Also tracked and maintained records and schedules for training for RS Orlando's Motorcycle Safety Program
