I was approached for a 3 month contract to deliver a strategic review for the HBF Board on the impact of the Medibank Private public listing and proposed government legislation changes in the Private Health Insurance industry.I defined strategic recommendations to protect and prepare HBF against potential impacts, demonstrating growth opportunities to continue delivering value to it's members - completing 1 month earlier than expected.With the remaining time on my contract, I also developed recommendations for outsourcing property and facility management for HBF Group; and delivered a deep dive into the profitability, performance and ongoing viability for a core insurance product.

Led and influenced Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) through a Lean Six Sigma project to improve, optimise and stabilise business processes and design - reducing customer delivery turn-around time from 59 to 20 days.

Created the national strategic direction and managed financial performance of a high-risk and complex portfolio of products, payment systems, International Trade and Foreign Exchange.
