Assist to design water bulk system, irrigation system and fields lay out.Establish and construct a 12,000 ha irrigated sugarcane farm.Operate 6,000 hectares of the farm supply sugarcane to the mill.Engage and develop outgrowers to enlarge sugarcane area.Train and develop local employee to acquire farm management and agronomic knowledge.

 Organize training plans for agricultural staff and sugarcane growers, improve ag staff and sugarcane growers’ knowledge and skills. Communicate with the Ag leadership teams, collect training needs, organize training programme and compile training materials. Tracking, evaluating and summarizing training effectiveness, continuously improve training effects.  Cooperate with Sugarcane Research And Development Center and Agricultural Technical Departments to introduce new agricultural philosophies, new knowledge and new technologies.

 Summarize Ag market info and analyze China South Ag data for Ag management supporting. Assist Ag project manager to facilitate and track Ag projects and provide wherever support as the site Ag team needed. Effectively cooperate and communicate with site Ag leadership team, and report all the Ag process to China Ag leadership team timely.  Assist China Ag Development Director & Projects Manager and also the site Ag leadership teams on formulating Ag development strategy and Ag annual operation plan for each site Lead and implement Cane Academy Project, an internal Ag training project, in order to transfer Ag knowledge to the Ag staffs. Assist Chief Agronomist on Ag technical practices management and ag techniques & knowledge exchange

 Cane area development through agric. communication and propaganda in JV. Assist wherever possible cane growers to maximize profit margin growth whilst keeping production costs low. Assist growers sustain improved cane yields through the provision and dissemination of necessary technical & engineering information and skills. Agric. or agronomic technique training for agric. stuff. Assist in the preparation of the growers harvest planner and daily cane supply. Manage and ensure the correct and safe use of tractors, trailers and implements by verifying that drivers and agric. stuff are trained and qualified. Motivates and disciplines subordinate staff according to the company’s code of management practices. Assist Ag Manager to prepare annual budget for the subsidies, financial and material resources.

 Lead and organize Ag technical teams to improve cane yield and quality (sucrose) through variety trials and Ag technique transfer. Maintain South China Ag data and report to leadership for Ag management support. Organize annual cane volume estimate and cane Pol testing, to support cane harvesting. Assist Chief Agronomist to arrange cane technical management Operate Cane Academy project for 5-sites Ag-team training to transfer knowledge.  Communicate and exchange update info with other sugar group’s ag-team

 Attend South Africa Sugarcane Research Institute (SASRI) senior agriculture course and study variety, husbandry, P&D controlling, weeds, soil, irrigation, harvesting, mechanization, environment management, farm management, etc. Work with Seazela Mill and Dwangwa Estate agric.-team and exchange agric. experiences from each other. Get through farming management, agronomic practices, agriculture production management, irrigation, Ag & meteorological data capturing & analysis, mechanization and cane yield improvement at Dwangwa.
