Current•1 of the top 50 most watched English-language U.S. TV broadcasts through June 2023•More than 350,000 fans in attendance throughout Derby Week, topping out at 150,335 for Derby 149•Record-breaking wagering, $412MM Derby Week, beating 2022’s record of $391.8MM•Worked with Secret Service to host former President Trump’s visit, while providing facilities support for a video shoot of some of the world’s most famous rappers (Jack Harlow, Drake) on the day of our flagship event•Provide design feedback from a Facilities Operations standpoint for the $200MM Paddock Project. 2021•130.2 MM total impressions across all social media channels, 81% increase over 2021•Due to restructuring at the track, moved to the track to lead the Facilities and Housekeeping Department through the Kentucky Derby and onward.•Responsible for completion of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing maintenance capital projects before Derby. •Worked with Purchasing and Finance to review and close out backlogged Purchase Orders via Invoice. •Remediated identified code issues with Kitchen Hood cleaning, Fire System and Electrical Wiring deficiencies•Reviewed, extended and renegotiated Life Safety, HVAC, Waste Services and Vertical Transportation contracts•Instituted a Bi-Weekly CDRT Facilities Update for Senior Management including CMMS Performance Metrics•Met with all departments to insure electrical & plumbing needs were met for temporary structures during KY Derby•Worked with Graphic Design and Events to insure the Signage Plan was in place and on-track for Opening Week.•Working with Broadcast and IT to upgrade the HVAC cooling in IDF and Audio Equipment Rooms. •Trained the maintenance team on the mobile IMS and CMMS via the 24/7 app and iPads•Participate in the execution of an $11MM 2023 Maintenance Capital budget for the track. •Oversee a $7.5MM Operating Budget for Frontside Maintenance and $3.2MM Operating Budget for Housekeeping
