Planned and coordinated the daily operations of over 850 personnel including a flight schedule for 75+ pilots, maintenance operations for two 150+ personnel maintenance departments, worldwide 24/7 contingency requirements, and security assets for the squadron’s National Helicopter Assets within Marine Helicopter Squadron One. Facilitated cooperation, team building and good will between White House Military Office; Presidential Airlift Group(PAG); Secret Service; White House Transportation Agency; White House Medical Unit; foreign militaries and governments; and multiple local, state, and federal law enforcement, fire, and rescue organizations.

Updated unit’s aircraft Functional Check Pilot (FCP) Program. Served as chief FCP responsible for standardization, training, and all FCP reference documents. Managed all aspects of the Maintenance Training and Support Equipment Licensing programs. Oversaw the transition of the maintenance department from two type model series of helicopters to an all CH-46E department, while preparing for the in-stride transition to the MV-22. Implemented measures to enhance unit supervisor’s ability to document and track 100+ Marines’ training progress. Streamlined training time required to achieve Collateral Duty Inspector, and Quality Assurance Representative.
