As a child, and up to this very day, you’ll see me stop and stare to the skies for the shear enjoyment of watching aircraft fly overhead. I have always been amazed by the science and technology involved in flight. Before enrolling in the Aviation Institute of Maintenance in September of 2018, I spent the previous eight and a half years working and supporting my family as a Law Enforcement Officer in the City of Lake Mary, Florida. Being punctual, detailed in my report writing, and courteous with anyone whom I encountered in the community were not goals or tasks, but a way of life for me. The experience I gained through years of interaction with the public and other professionals in my field was invaluable. Over the years I have proved myself to be a dependable person and employee, as well as a dedicated and successful student. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Florida Law Enforcement Certification, as well as my FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification. With my A&P license in hand, I am ready and eager to be employed as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Aviation is my passion and I'm excited to begin this lifelong journey!
