For the past 12 years I have been specializing in IT risk management consulting, primarily focused on the financial industry. I have assisted many of the largest global financial institutions with assessing, designing and implementing their information and technology risk management programs. The types of consulting engagements include: current state assessments with future state roadmaps of IT risk management programs, ITRM program design, designing and implementing risk management processes including risk assessments (LoB, process, application & infrastructure asset assessments), issues management, risk treatment and metrics and reporting (KPI & KRI dashboards), developing risk and control frameworks and documenting business and technical requirements for technology enablement of GRC tools. Prior to this, I spent 2 years at Ernst & Young performing IT audits, SOX testing and supporting a variety of consulting engagements also for financial services organzations.
