As a Fundraising Coordinator I manage fundraising, sales and marketing campaigns designed to create new, as well as foster existing, corporate sponsor relationships that support MDA’s mission and services. Through various business development techniques I encourage participation and support for MDA fundraising programs and special events.

Heartland/Midwest Region

As a Regional Director, I am responsible for the success of the chapters and colonies in my region. I am assisted by other members of the Regional Servicing Team, specifically Grand Province Advisors and Province Advisors. I coordinate chapter visitation and ensure that we have fully developed action plans for recruitment, education, and training in all our chapters and colonies. I conduct volunteer training conferences, work with interest groups, interface with chapter officers during crises, and also visit groups that need special on-site assistance.

As Chief of Staff, I am responsible for a wide array of duties which directly affect the goals of the Offices of the Grand Chapter. I provide leadership and efficiency management in areas of administration and internal communication. I also execute the responsibilities of housing coordinator, liaison to the Grand Council, and support to the Chief Executive Officer.

As an Associate Regional Director, I am an ambassador of Tau Kappa Epsilon and the Offices of the Grand Chapter. I promote leadership in, and on behalf of, assigned collegiate chapters, colonies, and interest groups. I will be a leader in growing healthier groups. In addition, I will provide value based programming to the chapters, colonies, and interest groups within my region and educate members in the areas of leadership development, academic achievement, volunteerism, business principles, personal life skills, and risk management issues.
