A pupil of Dr. David Fong, Jason has a broad civil practice focusing on commercial litigation and international arbitration (commercial and treaty). To date he has been instructed as Counsel in close to 20 arbitrations (HKIAC, SIAC and ad hoc) and has appeared as Counsel in the High Court of Hong Kong. Jason also has experience in handling arbitration-related Court applications (including setting aside applications).Jason’s arbitration practice frequently sees him partnering with or going up against leading international/ PRC law firms. Arbitration and Court work aside, he also regularly renders legal opinion on Hong Kong law matters for use in Hong Kong and overseas.Academically, Jason completed his LL.M. at Columbia where he graduated among the top of his class with subject prize in international law (top of the Law School) and straight-A distinction in all arbitration-related subjects.Before joining the Bar, Jason worked as an analyst at a bulge bracket investment bank where he helped execute a number of capital markets transactions, including IPOs on the Hong Kong stock exchange, the largest LBO in Asia at the time as well as various syndicated financings.Aside from acting as an advocate, Jason also accepts appointment as tribunal secretary, having successfully completed the inaugural SCIA&SCIAHK Dual Qualification Tribunal Secretary Training Program.Contact at jasonphwong.counsel@gmail.com黄大律师为方兆文博士的徒儿。他的执业范围为民商法，并专注于商业诉讼和国际仲裁（啇事及投资仲裁）。迄今他获委聘于接近二十起仲裁（港仲、新仲及临时仲裁）中担任代理律师，并曾代表客户于香港高等法院出席庭审。黄大律师亦有处理仲裁相关法院申请（包括申请搁置仲裁裁决）的经验。就其所处理的仲裁案件，黄大律师经常和领先的国际/ 内地律所合作和对垒。除仲裁和法院诉讼外，他亦经常就不同的香港法事宜为本地及境外客户出具法律意见书。学术方面，黄大律师于美国哥伦比亚法学院名列前茅修毕其法学硕士，包括于所有和仲裁相关的科目中取得优异成绩，并获颁发国际法的科目奖项（全法学院第一名）。于成为大律师前，黄大律师曾于一跨国投资银行担任分析员，并协助处理了数起资本市场交易，包括于港交所的首次公开招股、亚洲当时最大规模的杠杆融资以及不同的银团贷款。除了代表客户出席庭审外，黄大律师亦接受担任仲裁庭秘书的任命。他成功通过了由深圳国际仲裁院和华南（香港）国际仲裁院联合举办的首届《双城两院双认证仲裁庭秘书资格培训计划》。电邮：jasonphwong.counsel@gmail.com
