• Relocated to Boston, MA to transform an underperforming operation for HMI Cardinal. Managed all aspects of center operations in both office and shop that included hiring office, shop and sales force, training in all.
• Grew the location from 8800 sf. to 18,500 sf. facility that expanded the workforce from 4 employees to 20 employees to accommodate our rapid growth and support our new product lines.
• Expanded our territory from Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island to include Vermont, Upstate New York, Long Island, Connecticut and Northern New Jersey.
• Expanded our fleet service from 1 van to 5-26’ straight trucks and 1 van.
• Maintained the lowest error rate of all 7 centers across the country.
• Increased sales from $1.3 million in 2007 to over $8 million at the end of 2014
