In this roll I am responsible for owning all compliance risks, concerns, and training for engineers located at GE Aviation Systems sites in North America. These sites, found throughout the US and Mexico, include just over 3000 engineers. My success in this roll depends on my ability to successfully network with leadership at each of the engineering centers, my ability to clearly communicate the compliance message, to identify trends and risk areas and to develop and deliver training material as needed.

I currently manage GE Aviation's two UDC or University Development Center sites located in Houghton MI and Manhattan Kansas. These two sites lean on universities (MTU and K-State) who provide a talent pipeline to our UDC program: provide a early career development plan for potential full-time hires while providing a low-cost, domestic source of labor to our company. By creating a composite team of full-time and co-op students near each university we can reduce labor costs, increase company awareness on-campus and create a solid program enabling GE to secure only the best of the best engineering students for future full-time employment.

I co-managed a remote engineering office supporting mechanical engineering tasks for MSX International. Most tasks were obtained from Ford Motor Company, which consisted of CAD and CAE design using a variety of software tools.
