    Member of the Development Team that designed, deployed and supported a new product called Enterprise Client Manager which used Salesforce Service Cloud to process a single Reseller file for multiple clients, validate the data and with the click of a button push that data to the appropriate systems downstream to launch banks on the Zelle Network. This enabled us to onboard over 800 banks in under 18 months and grow the Zelle network significantly.Developed and maintained a Salesforce Experience Site that allowed all banks on the Zelle Network to create cases and communicate with each other to mitigate fraud securely and efficiently. Developed integrations to back-end systems to create a seamless experience for the end users. Worked directly with the product owner on requests from the banks and enhancements.Participated in several Zelle Contact Center efficiency projects that were focused on authenticating the customer through backend API’s and allowing self-service through the IVR and web. This custom authentication method for web-to-case created a 70% decrease in customer cases with no increase to call volumes which resulted in an enhanced experience for Zelle customers.Followed CI/CD development cycle using tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, and SourceTree to promote code through multiple environments as part of each release.
