Projects:Extreme Networks:Implemented a custom solution to extend the company’s services beyond the B2B self service portal. Used a variety of tools such as Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, REST APIs, and Custom Metadata Types to allow a Sales User to checkout a cart for a customer, and submit an order to the company’s order processing application.Helped develop a multi-org “Data Sync” using Apex Triggers, Platform Events, and RESTful services to sync records from one Salesforce org to another.Creighton University:Implemented Creighton’s Service Cloud Case support processes and customized their Student Experience Cloud site.Implemented a custom Faculty Directory page using LWC, CSS, and Apex.Built a custom “Snapshot” component on Student Contact records using LWC. Used Apex to fetch Students’ profile pictures from an internal system.Setup Support processes using Salesforce standard Service Cloud tools and features.Used a combination of Apex triggers, Custom Metadata Types, and Batch Apex to Implement a custom case escalation system to ensure student support cases were being worked in a timely manner.University of Oklahoma:Implemented a custom UI for Student Applications Experience Cloud site using LWC, CSS, and Salesforce Experience builder standard tools and features.Referenced design mockups/wireframes to achieve the customer's desired look and feel.Brigham Young University:Implemented a custom Application Review Management system in BYU's Experience Cloud site using a combination of Apex Classes/Triggers, Custom Metadata Types, and LWC.Made API callouts to fetch Student data from internal systems during Application Form submission processes.Summit:Developer primarily focused on implementing multiple custom Web Services to support data migration from Oracle to Salesforce.Worked closely with various teams to coordinate data mappings and end to end testing sessions to ensure accurate data flow, product functionality, and scalability.

Member of the Development Team that designed, deployed and supported a new product called Enterprise Client Manager which used Salesforce Service Cloud to process a single Reseller file for multiple clients, validate the data and with the click of a button push that data to the appropriate systems downstream to launch banks on the Zelle Network. This enabled us to onboard over 800 banks in under 18 months and grow the Zelle network significantly.Developed and maintained a Salesforce Experience Site that allowed all banks on the Zelle Network to create cases and communicate with each other to mitigate fraud securely and efficiently. Developed integrations to back-end systems to create a seamless experience for the end users. Worked directly with the product owner on requests from the banks and enhancements.Participated in several Zelle Contact Center efficiency projects that were focused on authenticating the customer through backend API’s and allowing self-service through the IVR and web. This custom authentication method for web-to-case created a 70% decrease in customer cases with no increase to call volumes which resulted in an enhanced experience for Zelle customers.Followed CI/CD development cycle using tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, and SourceTree to promote code through multiple environments as part of each release.

Provided 6 years of excellent customer service which gave me the opportunity to grow as a person, develop my listening skills and learn the value of paying attention to the details. Learned to work as part of a team while providing a safe environment for my coworkers and customers. Developed a good work ethic and found the motivation to find a long-term career.
