Most patients were transferred from the ICU or other units requiring a higher care level. I also deliver comprehensive patient education to support their condition and resolve many challenges of treating critical patients, with many successfully removed from ventilators, which other facilities had not accomplished. ➥ Managed the essential monitoring and treatment of patients with pulmonary distress due to various causes, including asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, chest trauma, prematurity, and lung cancer.➥ Identified patients' respiratory conditions based on vital signs and initial check-ups to determine the necessary diagnostic tests and collaborated with physicians and nurses to develop essential treatment plans.➥ Administered respiratory treatments to patients based on their conditions across the ICU, ER, and general units across the hospital. ➥ Educated a patient and offered guidance to enable individuals to properly operate equipment and carry out medical procedures independently.➥ Decided and/or recommended the best treatment options for outpatients or those on home health programs.

In this present role, I deliver superior patient treatment and job performance as an on-shift, sole respiratory professional, which includes managing administrative tasks such as patient record keeping, case filing, report generation, and equipment monitoring. Led organization, treatment, and oversight during COVID-19, during an influx of pandemic patients. ➥ Served as the first point of contact for the company’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans in 2020. Combined internal and external data in Excel to track, reconcile, and report 100,000 PPP loans totaling $5 billion.
