• Managing and running district operations, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, operations manuals, quick reference guides, sales calls, insurance and securities licensing.• Consistently in the top 10% of districts in Washington State for recruiting utilizing Monster, LinkedIn, Career Fairs, Work source, Craigslist, Career Builder, etc.• Interviewing approximately 15-50 candidates per month, as well as creating applicant tracking system.• Organizing and managing call center of 5-10 agents on weekly basis.• Responsible for logistics, budget, coordination, managing, and performing master of ceremonies for multi-district career night at hotel.• Developing new agent orientation, training, and incentive programs. Focus in marketing and project management. Reaching 75% of goal in 1st quarter and at 125% by 2nd quarter.• Managing Financial Services license compliance office inspections for entire district of 33 agents. (Series 26 license)• Developing and presented district sales promotions and weekly performance reviews for new Insurance agents.
