The Command Senior Enlisted for the Center for Information Warfare Training headquarters, 4 Information Warfare Training Centers and seven learning centers across the world. Our staff snd instructions train over 26,000 students annually in Information Technology, Cyber Network Defense, Cryptology and Intelligence Data Gathering/Processing.

I'm the Senior Enlisted for the Dental Department on board USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) and my main job is lead my junior Sailors and train my junior officers. I also serve as an adviser to the Dental department head and JCS Command Master Chief on issues with in the department.

Senior Chief Petty Officer (SCPO) is the second of the United States Navy's Chief Petty Officer ranks. A Senior Chief Petty Officer is responsible for a variety of administrative and leadership responsibilities in his specialized area, also known as his rating.

I serve as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader to the Command Officer for a crew of 330 personnel. I advise the crew on all matters regarding to manning, enlisted recognition, advancement, disciplinary actions, and the overall health and well being of the crew. During my time the John Finn was awarded the Battle "E" along with 9 other efficiency awards. The hard work recognized the crew as the best DDG on the west coast two years in a row.

I'm the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the PERS 40 and PERS 40 Directors on all distribution matters for all 26,417 Hospital Corspman. Also, mentor 13 detailers, Junior Officers, and civilians on career progression within the Navy.

Advised the Director of Medical Operations and the Navy Medicine FORCM Master Chief on Navy Medicines manning and training programs for Navy Search and Rescue Corpsman, Aviation Medicine Technicians, and Aviation Physiology Technicians. The overall training supported the manning, training and equipment for all medical treatment facilities and operational units around the world. Our updated programs provided the most up to date medical equipment, life saving operating procedures and job analysis for 1,200 medics.
