In January 2014, Volt sold ProcureStaff to IQNavigator.As CTO for ProcureStaff Technologies, I was the Senior Executive responsible for Product Development, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, HelpDesk, Production Support, Technology Operations and Business Process Excellence. In this role, I led a team of 160 people spread across various locations in the United States and India. During this time, I successfully drove significant operating and process improvements across the entire company. These included dramatic improvements in customer support, on-time product delivery, infrastructure operating costs, knowledge management, and process standardization within every department. As a Technical Manager for ProcureStaff, I led teams and provided technology and architecture management for ProcureStaff’s Consol VMS product. This product was built from the ground up leveraging a .NET and SQL Server technology stack. We built out product development teams and scaled the teams as client and revenues grew.I also established and led a team to build a new time and attendance product for Volt’s Staffing Business Unit. The Product went from vision to production in <9 months and was rolled out to over 40K end users. MindRelay was a startup company that went out of business in August 2011. MindRelay focused on online digital marketing solutions and services. Prior to changing its direction and name, the company was operated as KidsWish.com, which was focused in the online children’s gift registry market.As the Director of Technology at MindRelay, I was responsible for leading a team of 10 people in architecting, designing and implementing digital marketing solutions. This included list management applications, campaign management, email marketing, and dynamic survey solutions. We provided list management services for a top Internet Search Engine. I was also responsible for the companies infrastructure and operations.Prior to this startup's pivot to become MindRelay, we operated as KidsWish.
