We can cold smoke fish or smoke beef, pork, chicken, and specialize in roasting full size animals, specializing in pig roasts. We have some extra capacity in the Roasting Man smoker in Upper Tantallon, Nova Scotia, bring us a rock, drop off the meat you want smoked. Contact us if you want something smoked!
