I'm a Software Engineer with experience in a wide variety of roles including developer support, sales, product management, software development and team management.I began my professional career working with Qt and C++ with a focus on mobile and embedded development. More recently I have spent most of my time developing frontend and backend solutions for the web. I enjoy leading teams of software engineers and strive to achieve the right balance of guidance and autonomy for my team. I'm also very interested in build systems, automation and continuous delivery and anything else that improves the speed and quality of software delivery.
