Grassroots Cannabis was acquired by Curaleaf in July of 2020Lead art director and designer on several new product launch initiatives including; Grassroots edibles, tinctures and premium lines.Designed the Herbology dispensary logo and helped craft brand guidelines that would be used to help guide the design of over 30 retail stores in multiple states.Lead in initiating the adoption of project management software that is used throughout the Grassroots organization.Lead designer on Blues Brothers by Grassroots collaboration with Belushi Farms. Assets included packaging design, social media, illustrations, and CRM. Product launched during opening of 15,000 sq/ft flagship Greenhouse dispensary in Skokie, ILCollaborated with product development team and printers to ensure top quality final production artwork and samples for packaging, apparel and promotional items.Worked closely with investor relations team to create and update investor pitch decks.Art directed 3rd party studio to create sell sheets for 50+ cannabis strains. Each strain included a unique custom illustrated logo. Collaborated with all stakeholders to launch and support numerous products with sell sheets, social media campaigns, educational flyers and product photography.Worked with creative director, writer and field team to craft branded messages and visuals for product launches, events, and internal needs.Responsible for designing event flyers and marketing materials for 10+ dispensary stores located in three states.Helped to build the Grassroots social following from near zero to over 14,000 organic followers with exceptional content and visuals.Worked closely with CMO and other executives to craft the Grassroots brand message and voice.
