Mr. Recio is Founder & Owner of iShareRideshare, an online service company to onboard, train, and educate rideshare drivers across the country. Started in 2017, the company provides real-time, critical information to the gig econony workforce, helping drivers increase their income, knowledge, and safety awareness. Previously, Mr. Recio was President and Founder of a SEC registered investment advisory firm called Integris Asset Management, LLC. Prior to that, he worked in the investment management industry for 12 years, demonstrating a proven track record of analyzing the financial markets for several respected Wall Street investment firms including Invesco and Atlanta Capital. Mr. Recio developed a strong network of corporate executives and investment professionals in the financial community. Separately, Mr. Recio was founder of a private investment vehicle called Hugo D. Holdings, LLC which has ownership in an online social gaming company called Mowgli Games, and previously, in Atlanta restaurant concepts called The Nook and Grindhouse Burgers. He leveraged his technology and retail investment experience to perform business development services for these entities, including constructing Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), offering strategic management consulting, and undertaking capital raising endeavors.Mr. Recio has been quoted both in the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Tampa Bay Tribune. He graduated from the Goizueta Business School (BBA) with concentrations in both Accounting and Finance. He served as President of the Emory University Investment Club and graduated Phi Beta Kappa (High Distinction).
