The MCP Technology Program Manager directs distributed and remote teams completing complex technical work. They facilitate integration across major initiatives to build close working relationships with stakeholder groups, ensuring the impact to product, platform technology, solutions and implementation/support teams are well monitored and meeting objectives and delivery dates. Essential functions include:• Derives strategic frameworks to collaborate effectively on matters of platform technology across initiatives • Manages and tracks the day to day projects and workstreams with key construction and build partners.• Provides navigation and guidance for key stakeholders through technology program intake and governing processes including procedural requirements for 3rd party risk management, legal compliance, security and other checkpoints.• Serves as liaison between Platform Technology and key stakeholders in key core system integration related changes, operating mechanisms, projects and improvements.• Builds relationships with customers and key physician, operational, administrative, and technical stakeholders as all levels.• Possesses general business acumen across areas of engagement - sites, shields, departments, etc.• Serves as a key liaison capable of articulating the progress and milestones of key platform technology initiatives and strategic projects.• Assesses skills, processes and structures needed to deliver upon business objectives and establishes clear partnership between multiple stakeholder groups.• Fosters an internal culture of teamwork and transparency that drives excellent service, quality, diversity of thought, and engaging work environment and overall continuous improvement mindset.• Represents Mayo Clinic Platform Technology in cross-functional ceremonies and participates in institutional committees and task groups.• Prepares communications and presentations around Mayo Clinic Platform Technology for executive and senior leadership.

This position is responsible for leading the provisioning, configuration, validation and support of the Company’s Cloud computing environments for customers. The Infrastructure Implementation Manager develops and executes strategy for a repeatable process to efficiently stand up customer testing and production environments. This position functions as a cross-functional team lead for complex infrastructure deployment projects and provides technical leadership across departments and organizations.
