Plus Wowza GoCoder (iOS/Android streaming App).Providing high quality, support covering technical issues for, customers and sales prospects and reseller/partners with regards to Wowza Streaming Software products and services.Reporting, recording, tracking and escalating customer related product issues. Reproducing customer reported bugs for escalation to engineering. Testing fixes to escalated bugs prior to delivery as patches.

Employed as the Front-line Coordinator and a Streaming Media Engineer with StreamGuys. I handled top Client support calls and tickets, server maintenance, new accounts setup for various streaming formats from Virtual Machine images. I gained experience with Wowza Media services, IceCast, Liquid Soap, Windows Media Services, Adswizz Ad injection services, scalable load balanced services, network troubleshooting in relation to streaming services, player trouble shooting, optimized encoding with many encoder technologies, remote hands and service up-selling through demonstration using GoToMeeting conference services, tuning HLS delivery, optimizing HTML5 playback options, and statistics for proper reporting using Sawmill and other in-house statistics systems. My experience with StreamGuys also made me well versed in meeting day to day business requirements, ranging from record maintenance, staying within the scope of support, tracking billable hours, client relations, proper escalation policies, and training new hires.

Overhauled the website for this local guitar shop, while working on my Computer Information Systems degree before moving on to work for StreamGuys. Dan Perez is the owner there and allowed me the space to learn and grow while rebuilding the store's website. I was also in charge of maintaining the store's 5 computers and video surveillance system, as well as assisting customers with sales and instrument repairs. Repairing hand drums was my specialty away from the computer.
