I am a people manager able to motivate and inspire my team to always be the best version of themselves. I'm able to identify the strengths and weakness's of each individual and use that knowledge to help them succeed in any environment. In my most recent roll, I created two production teams in office and remote, that continuously exceeded goal and met the highest quality standards. I communicate regularly with my team in order to ensure they are getting the support needed to succeed and to address any areas of concern right away. My joy in life is helping others succeed, maintain their goals and enjoy where they are. I'm able to analyze procedures, adjust to market changes and unseen issues to ensure goals are met.I'm looking to continue growing team-members on a manager level or take on higher leadership by coaching other managers to accomplish what I have in any industry.
