The projects were resorts, hotels, clubs, spas, multi-family, high-end residential, ranch stewardship, and parking facilities.My roles involved the development of concepts, detailing, coordination, decision making, collaboration, and overseeing construction to see that the design intent is met as well as assist the owner and contractor through the entire process. The teams ranged from two to twelve. Other tasks involved writing specifications, peer reviews and quality control.

The projects included country clubs, golf clubs, spa & fitness centers, and teaching academies.I prepared programs, conceptual studies, designs and presentation drawings. Upon client approval I would develop fee analysis and staffing requirements. From there we would assemble a team that I would oversee the development and detailing of the project. Once construction is underway I would review estimates, schedules, RFIs, and shop drawings.

This partnership involved designing, remodeling homes, and new construction. Upon completion of the foundation, it was ours to finish.
