Solutions Engineer· Provide support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc. · Implement and support disaster and data recovery solutions· Provide technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security· Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix· Generate and review network and system documentation- Communicate with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages- Train new staff members in their network engineer and network monitoring roles, including use of ticketing and network monitoring software, access to client documentation, and client case workflow

System Administrator- Evaluate and purchase new computer systems, servers, software, and internet-based services- Diagnose and perform software and hardware repairs to equipment as needed- Update computers with new software and latest security patches from vendors- Provide in-house help desk support to staff of 40 users- Provide training to staff on the safe and effective use of computer and network resources Marketing Analyst- Obtain & evaluate 10,000 marketing leads per month from government and corporate sources- Evaluate new sources of marketing leads for future business opportunities- Interview, hire and direct staff of 10 marketing researchers- Design and publish brochures, fliers, and business cards for sales staff & external clients- Work with marketing director to launch direct-mail and printing subsidiary for external clients

- Investigate & update credit reports of 800 clients of over 50 area lenders monthly- Provide call-center based support to lenders to diagnose and repair issues with credit reports- Develop and implement policies and procedures improving customer service and satisfaction- Provide in-house computer system support and maintenance- Perform necessary due diligence
