Music City Grand Prix is a three-day international festival of speed and sound featuring an NTT INDYCAR® SERIES event. Memphis Motorsports Park was a 400 acre multi-use motorsports and entertainment complex owned by Dover Motorsports, Inc. (NYSE: DVD). In 2011, Memphis Motorsports Park sold to Moroso Entertainment. The facility hosted over 260 events annually including two NASCAR, two National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) and one American Drag Racing League (ADRL) national events. Facility featured a 38,000 seat ¾ mile paved oval track, a 25,000 seat NHRA championship ¼ mile drag strip, and a 1.77 mile road course. Venue also hosted concerts and live events, corporate VIP events, tradeshows, exhibitions and training exercises.
