Initially I was taking customer calls and assisting with their needs. This included offering additional products and services in a consultive sales role. After a short while I was promoted to a position that allowed me to assist other agents who were on the phones with complex issues and escallated phone calls. I was able to learn a lot about the various aspects of banking during this time. The location was in our Operations area, so I was also granted opportunites to increase my knowlege by shaddowing various areas of the bank.

I was responsible for a group of Freshmen males in on campus housing. I was asked to offer support and advice as well as planning various activites. I helped to maintain a safe living environment for these men.
