Managing a cross-functional team of highly motivated analysts and developers to transform Pulte's systems integration platform. This transformation enables Pulte's IT systems strategy for years to come for both internal (business) and external (trades and other 3rd-parties) stakeholders.

Managed PulteGroup IT's Project Management Center of Excellence and taught and mentored many IT Project Managers. Led a cross-discipline team through the delivery of a custom online and classroom-taught Pulte Agile Foundations training series. During this time, I also acted as Project Manager in the early stages of development for our new sales contracting tool.

Led high-performing teams in the delivery of new enterprise-class procurement software and house configurator pilot. Each were multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with complex requirements, multi-faceted integrations, and aggressive delivery timelines.

Responsible for leading a large project team through the replacement of Oracle's CRM OnDemand with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Our team grew to a total of 22 members and delivered a fully customized and integrated solution to our sales organization. The project was deemed a great success by executive leadership.

Responsible for contributing to team deliverables including release management, feature analytics, functional testing, and end-user experience. Projects focus on Sales CRM and other system integration.

Responsible for the management and delivery of various front-end operational software systems including construction, purchasing, and sales. Each system was delivered to over 1000 internal end-users and the construction project was also delivered to over 1000 contractor companies nation-wide. Each project included the management of deployment activites and direct interaction with division leadership as part of the change management process. Various skill sets were developed and utilized during this time including budget management, change management, business partner relationship building, client council development, and resource management.

As a member of various project teams, my responsibilities were to help bring resolution to software and hardware problems. During this position, I gained knowledge in building hardware systems including desktop, laptop, and network. In addition, I developed troubleshooting skills for various off the shelf and home grown software systems. The last project I worked allowed me to begin my project manager development through feature definition, user-requirements gathering and budget management.
