Acted as both GM and Project Coordinator. I was responsible for implementing a job cost tracking/filing system to better control profit margins, reviewing contracts, both accounts payable and receivable. Also brought about jobsite appearance and efficiency changes that better portrayed the Oakridge Brand. Towards the end of my tenure there, I became more involved in the individual project management.
