Information Security (INFOSEC) and Communications Security (COMSEC) accounting, policies, directives and procedures as they relate to COMSEC information and material accounting and distribution. Managing of COMSEC account and of subordinate COMSEC accounts, resulting in COMSEC account receiving its first Satisfactory Audit inspection in 3 years.Establish standard operating procedures for COMSEC key material and execute lead to COMSEC account receiving commendable in CSLA staff assistance visit.Implement Security procedures, resulting in one of only three COMSEC accounts in the United States Army to pass Department of the Army Inspector General Information Assurance Inspection.Conduct security education classes and security audits. Investigate security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken, resulting in 90% reduction of COMSEC incidents and 100% accountability of COMSEC key material, Secure Telephone Equipment (STE) and controlled cryptographic items.

Responsible for multiple classified networks and standalone systems, security systems, user accounts and access, and implementing security controls. Achieved 25% less user incidents.Confidently planned, analyzed, developed, implemented, maintained, and enhanced information security programs to ensure network integrity and availability. Resulted in meeting 98% level of service agreement.Managed, mentored, and trained 15 technicians. My leadership guided 4 technicians to promotion for their excellent customer service in addition to their personal and professional excellence.Supervised the security of nearly $1 million in sensitive items; resulted in zero loss.

While deployed in Kirkuk, Iraq, assigned to Military Transition Team (MITT) as communications chief. Directly responsible to advise, mentor, and train foreign nationals from the 4th Iraq Army, Kirkuk. Resulted in installation and management of the Iraq Defense Network for 4th Iraq Army. Accomplished 90% increase in secured logistical and communication capabilities.Established satellite communications and administered voice and SIPRNET /NIPRNET data networks under abnormal circumstances and pressures in adverse conditions. Achieved 97% service uptime with zero loss or compromise of cryptographic key material. As such, awarded Army Achievement Medal for meritorious service.
