CurrentA new senior leadership position for IIA, I oversee content strategy and production across core service lines and functions. My role sits at the intersection of storytelling at the firm, where I drive value to prospects and clients through customer-centric content marketing assets, proprietary research and writing, thought leadership presentations, event planning, and content design and architecture. I also lead product positioning and branding efforts at the company. My strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaborations have supported growth in net-new sales, enabled customer retention, and improved the consumer experience, from education to ambassadorship.
